Using the website
The site includes keyboard-operable navigation, labelled form fields, visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link. Booking is divided into service, time, details and review steps, with options to go back and edit your choices.
Layouts adapt to smaller screens, and we support reduced-motion preferences. Information is not intended to rely on colour alone. We use descriptive text for meaningful images and controls.
Accessibility status
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target. This is not a declaration of full conformance: the whole website has not been independently audited, and combinations of assistive technology and browsers may behave differently.
Interactive calendars, third-party payment pages and external map or social services may present barriers. A booking can be arranged with the salon if the online process is not usable for you.

Include the page address, what you were trying to do and what went wrong. Your browser or assistive technology can help us reproduce the issue, but you do not need to share a diagnosis or medical information.
We will review the problem and discuss an alternative way to obtain the information or arrange your appointment. Salon access needs can also be discussed before your visit.
