Essential storage supports the site. Optional analytics and marketing are separate choices, and neither starts until you agree.

Your choices
You can accept everything, reject all non-essential storage, or manage analytics and marketing separately. They are two different purposes and two different switches: agreeing to one does not switch on the other. Booking does not depend on agreeing to either, and essential security and session functions do not require any consent.
Your choice applies to this browser. Clearing browser storage or using another browser means you may be asked again. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking; it does not remove data already lawfully collected by a provider. To have data already held about you deleted, contact the provider directly — for Meta, through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
Essential storage
Optional analytics
With your consent, configured analytics can measure page use and broad booking actions. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, pet notes or form answers in analytics events. Technical information can include pages visited, referrer, device information and approximate location.
No analytics provider is currently configured for this website.
Advertising measurement is a separate choice, described under optional marketing below. It is never enabled by agreeing to analytics.
Optional marketing
With your separate consent, we use the Meta Pixel so that bookings made after seeing one of our Facebook or Instagram posts are reported back to Meta. That is how we tell which boosted posts are worth paying for and which are not. This is a distinct choice from analytics, and booking does not depend on it.
Meta Pixel is configured. Once you agree, it loads fbevents.js from Meta and uses identifiers such as _fbp to recognise your browser, normally for up to three months, and _fbc if you arrived from an advert link. Meta can connect this activity to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for advert measurement and targeting.
We send the page address, a broad service name, and — when a deposit is paid — the appointment value and a booking reference. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, pet names or form answers, and we switch off the pixel's own automatic collection so that it cannot read what you type into the booking form. See Meta's privacy policy and cookie policy.
Meta acts as an independent controller for the information it receives. If you reject marketing, the pixel is never loaded and Meta receives nothing at all from this site — not your IP address, and not the pages you looked at. Withdrawing consent later stops any further reporting.
Bookings and external services
Our booking form is part of this website. If online card payment is available, checkout opens Stripe, which uses its own payment and fraud-prevention technology. Your choice here does not control storage on Stripe or on other external sites you choose to visit.
Directions, reviews and social links open external services with their own privacy and cookie policies.
